We offer a free tier that allows you to explore Planifly's core features before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to take advantage of this to ensure Planifly meets their needs.
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not used any premium features. After 7 days, or if premium features have been used, refunds are not available for monthly plans.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription, but no refund will be issued. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
